You Are What You Eat!

Some students find it a challenge to have healthy eating behaviors in and outside of school. What are some new ways we can educate our students on the benefits of eating a nutritious and well balanced meal?

  2. I agree as PE teachers we are responsible for education our students on Nutrition. As a middle school teacher we are required to teach 30 minutes of heath a week which nutrition should be taught during this time
